Description:
The purpose of this FOA is to develop and implement HIV Prevention Programs that provide HIV prevention services for members of racial/ethnic minority communities (e.g., African Americans, Hispanics/Latinos) in which there may be a high risk for HIV infection and for members of groups [i.e., men who have sex with men (MSM), injection drug users (IDUs), HIV-infected persons] in which there may be a high risk for acquiring or transmitting HIV infection, regardless of race/ethnicity. Approximately $1,800,000 may also be available for outcome monitoring activities.
